    24 down, 76 to go! So far I've put in 2 miles swimming about 4 walking/running, 2 rowing (machine) and 16 biking!
    Put another 9 in cycling today! So I'm 1/3 of the way there!

    A Latecomer, and a newbie to routine cycling, as I used to be a runner, but alas knee surgery and run no more .... but I need to increase the 'miles' - kilometres actually ... as a Canadian, since I plan to ride 76km inSeptember.

    so ...
    June 4 - stationary bike - 5kms ( 1km = 0.621371192 miles) = 3.1 miles
    June 9 - 'long' ride 21kms = 13.0 miles
    June 11 - cycle to work 5kms + 3kms = 8kms or 5.0 miles

    June 2nd- 6.31mi Moon in June 10K race
    June 3rd- 3.63mi recovery run (including WU/CD) + 1.5hours walking in Toronto (distance unknown)
    June 4th- 15.85mi spinning
    June 5th- 2.8mi walk
    June 6th- 3.53mi rain run
    June 7th- Bootcamp + 1.51mi jog/walk CD
    June 8th- Walked for about 5 hours in Chicago, IL - distance unknown but damn it was exhausting
    June 9th- 5.61mi run/walk + unknown walking through Chi-town for another full day...
    June 10th- unknown walking forever in Chicago (about 6-7 hours)
    June 11th- unknown bike ride + walking through Chicago - infinity miles
    June 12th- 4.24mi recovery jog after a long, tiring weekend

    Total to date - 43.48 miles + infinity miles in Chicago
