I have a cold....workout yes or no?

I have a cold and a double ear infection. I feel pretty good as long as I have tylenol and antibiotics in my system. I was wondering if its a good idea to go workout at the gym tonight or not?

    If you feel up to it, sometimes it can help clear out your sinuses etc... Just go easy, don't overdo it and listen to your body.

    Oh, and wipe down all the equipment you use so the rest of the gym doesn't catch it!

    That makes sense, and I ALWAYS wipe the machines down very well before and after I use them typically.

    I might just have to take it easy tonight

    Depends on how bad you are feeling but I bet you can get it in. Take a walk at the park or do something outside so you don't get others sick (or wipe the equipment down real good if you use a gym).

    Stay hydrated and pay attention to your body though!

    I would say yes, if you have the energy, but I would keep it a light workout so you don't overdo it.
