About a year ago... I tipped the scale at 194.
I was 24 at the time, 5'11.
I think that was the lowest I ever felt. It felt DISGUSTING to be that heavy at that age. So I started walking/running in front of my tv.
In September of 2011 - I weighed 175 -- still not bad for my height, but still looked horrible.
January 19th 2012 -- I started what I told myself was going to be the last time I EVER go above 160.
Today I'm at 140-144 -- I feel great... However
It is time for me to rock some abs for a change and get muscles!

This was one week ago on my vacation -- Still not satisfied!!

Yes--I constantly log my calories (I try to keep them between 1300-1700) I work out 4-5 times a week, and I drink an abudance of water.... and yes -- it does become an obsession eventually -- you keep wanting better results! I'm striving for cut packs -- I'm giving myself 3 weeks to see them fully defined) -- I am making this as a reminder to keep myself posted and to keep my word! I SHALL ONE DAY ROCK ABS OF STEEL!
