Post-baby weight loss

Hiya, I'm AJ, and I'm trying to lose a stone in weight.

I've always struggled with my weight, although about 9 years ago I lost 3 1/2 stone, and kept it off, leaving me as a UK size 14 (I'd been 18/20 for years before that). I gave birth to my son just over a year ago. I put on 3 stone in weight whilst pregnant, and it then took me a year, but I lost it all. The only problem is I now am a differnet shape to what I was pre-pregnancy, and the tummy is huge- much much bigger than it was at the same weight before. I had a c-section with my baby though, and I think that had something to do with it. I figure I need to lose another stone or so, to get back into my pre-pregnancy trousers (tops fit fine again, I just can't get them done up over my stomach even though they fit fine everywhere else).

Hi! I am loosing post-baby weight after a C section as well! My baby is 4 months. I am not sure what a stone is? I have noticed that my belly jiggles a whole lot more than it did and I pouch out at the bottom, which never did before. My plan is a ton of cardio to burn off the fat. You can hit me up if you need support from someone going through the same thing.
