Easy Fruit Salsa! Easy way to get fruit into your diet!

Ingredients:
1 can light syrup crushed pineapple
1 can light syrup mandarin oranges
1 red or sweet onion
1 can sliced jalepenos ( I use tamed jalepenos that come in a jar)
Cilantro
1) Drain crushed pineapple as much as possible and pour into bowl.
2) Drain mandarin oranges and cut up into small pieces. Add to pineapple
3) Cut onion up into small pieces and add to bowl. As much as desired. (I use about ½ of a large onion)
4) Cut sliced jalepenos into ¼’s. Add as much as desired for desired hotness.
5) Add cilantro
6) Mix and refrigerate for 1 hour or more
- Drain excess juice after refrigerating. Tends to become very juicy.
Excellent as a condiment or to eat with whole grain chips!
