Need help losing more weight

I've been stuck at a loss of 9lbs for the last month and just can't seem to move past. I haven't decided if I am eating too little and exercising too little; eating too little, but need to exercise more; eating too much for what I am exercising? I am using my WII Fit to do the majority of my exercising (I am refusing to pay a sitter to watch my children while I go to the gym--not to mention the cost of a gym). I do go for walks and ride my bike to work (weather permitting) but my ride to work is only about 5mins. Any thoughts/opinions would be great. Thank you.
