Extremely slow process...but maybe? (pics)

Roughly 27% BF.

I *think* I may have just a bit more definition in my shoulders. I've been lifting heavy consistently for 2 months, 4 times a week.

I guess I just want to remind myself, and maybe others, that changing your body is a slow process for most of us.

Monday I did shoulders and benched half my body weight (82 lbs) 27 times.
I was pretty excited about that even though it may not be much to some!

    There are huge differences in your arms and back. It looks really good on you, keep rocking with the weights.
