How long can I be under my callories?

I'm a week Friday away from my exam, and I was struggling to stay of the junk food, but iv started grinding my teeth from the stress and I think I have damaged a nerve again cos it hurts like hell, and now I feel sick from the stress and I am not eating enough and haven't for about three days I'm always like this before an exam but I don't want to ruin my progress and am stressed about my metabolism, excercise ect
Can anyone help.
I know I'm a bit of a stress head but what can I do it's just how I react.

    Personally, yoga helps me relax, or running. I don't know if you already work out or not, but if you don't then maybe if you try doing something physical you will relieve stress, make you temporarily forget about your test, and spark your appetite?

    I wouldn't worry about being a little under your calories, but if you're severely under-eating then I don't know what to tell you. Perhaps visit a doctor for ways to reduce stress and increase appetite?
