Id be interested to see what steps people take when they are sick.

Do you still go workout but lower your exercise routine, or do you try to go harder to work it out of your system???

Myself - I am sick atm (got a terrible cold / flu) and to me giving up a day of exercise to be sick is not negotiable. Ive always done this and tried to push through the sickness, and I dont actually think that it has ever made me be sicker for longer either???

When I am really sick, I do not exercise. If I had a cold I would, but if I had the flu or a really bad cold I would take a day off. I feel like I may weaken my resistance and feel even worse..plus I just DON'T FEEL LIKE IT! lol

I have a horrible bronchitis/pneumonia thing going on right now and haven't had a good workout in almost a week! I normally wouldn't miss any workouts, but I currently have a hard time breathing when I walk so I can't imagine trying to exert myself. On antibiotics now and should hopefully be ready for a full on great sweat tomorrow!
    Hope you feel better soon!

I was up all night coughing, sneezing, yellow mucus etc the whole deal.
My 4am alarm went off, had hardly any sleep, though I powered on and got up for the gym.
However I was only able to do a 20min run instead of a 30min run due to sick tummy :(

I think its so interesting most people will try and push through it until they really hit their limits of sickness.

It's because we become gym "addicts" and it doesn't matter how sick an addict gets....we just need our "fix"!
