Motivation for Morning Run?

What do you all use at motivation to get up and workout before work in the mornings?? I feel like every day I get up at the right time, but I can't imagine putting any impact on my joints so I just get back into bed and sleep for an extra hour. I know that I should just make myself get up and do it, but no matter how good my intentions are when I go to bed, I just can't make myself get up in the morning.

How do you make yourself get up?? I'm so frustrated and could really use some help or a buddy to be accountable to in the mornings. Definitely friend me if you want to join me in this.

    What about starting a morning workout challenge? You could start a group and just have people post their workout to the group. Maybe they could set a goal to do a morning workout 3-5x/week.

    The mornings are the only times I am guaranteed to get a workout in. Depending on how work goes, its hit or miss for working out at night. I've recently started to buy clothes a size smaller which definitely gives me motivation. I don't want that money/clothes to go to waste. I'm all for having an accountability buddy, lets do this!!!

    I'm a morning runner. It is an AWESOME way to start the day. Once you push through for a week or so you'll be hooked.

    My hot tip for waking up: drink lots of water before you go to bed...

    Have your clothes, shoes, iPod, etc all set out and ready to go. It helps.
