Time to get back with the program

Hi all - joined a week or two ago but making my introductions now. Trying to get back to about 125 (I am 5 2)... I was there (actually less) when I moved to Chicago about 5 years ago, but the move didn't work out too well, both personally and professionally. About to make a big professional change - including a move out of the city and a change of career - so I'm hoping to start over and lose the weight I gained. I'm hoping it will give me back the confidence and energy I lose when I moved.

I am a big foodie so that's a challenge! As for exercise - I'm blessed/cursed with a bust, so I prefer lower impact stuff. I was doing yoga regularly before I moved, and hope to get back into that.
