Hey you guys im sye!!! Just giving a little encouragement!!

When you wake up and feel not up to it, drop those feet and get thru it!!

Always keep in mind on times like these to reminise on the goal at hand, and then think of how you'd feel if you didnt achieve it when you wanted to!!!

Also keep in mind short fast workouts burn calories faster!! So if you have a problem with eatting less and feel fatigued, just burn those calories faster so u can eat another meal in between!!

Sugar is you're worst enemy...Some people dont know that when some "healthy" foods digest in your system they turn to sugar!!

Not good at all...Here's a list of some foods to avoid

Foods to avoid:

hydronated oil/veg-canola oil/margarine/substituted butter/orange juice/salad dressing/whole bread(wheat)/cereals/muffins/crackers/granola/processed foods/artificial sweetners/high fructose cornsyrup/processed soy products/yogurt with oil/microwavable meals

Foods to help burn calories:

avocado/raw nuts/steak/chicken/fish/eggs/trailmix/sweet potatoes/fruits & veggies/real butter/coconut oil/olive oil

REMEMBER THESE THREE PRINCIPLES:

-Know the foods that cause accelerated fat burning
-Kow the particular foods that are preventing fat burn
-Put the right foods together in a certain way thats right for you

Note: chicken, fish and steak ARE foods that help burn calories because they have one ingredient; meat!! However, they are to be grilled or baked, not fried.

With the exception of the processed foods, please tell me why these foods are bad for you. Are you certain you want to exclude wholeweat bread as opposed to white bread? What is wrong with canola oil, orange juice, cereal or granola?
