Tips for a new fitnesspal

:happy: I have been doing this for 2-3 weeks and I could use some help/motivation. I get such cravings for bad food! Do you have any tips?

    think of your goal at hand before or even when the bad food is in your hands, think about what youll feel like after you eat it and is it worth being depressed over...

    also start to replace your bad food in the house with good food so it wont be any temptation and if your family has food around go out and just be active like walk to occupy time or go to the beach or something
