I made some tortilla chips today that were super easy, guilt-free, yummy and low cal! And the best part is..you can't accidentally eat the whole bag this way :)

All you need is a 50 calorie corn tortilla, PAM and some salt, if you want it.

Heat up a saute pan and spray it with PAM. Cut up a tortilla into chip shapes and spray those with PAM, as well. Toss them in the saute pan and sprinkle with a bit of salt (or whatever flavor you want them to be...lime would be good!) and leave em in there until they crisp up, flipping about once every minute or two.

You'll end up with a 50 calorie serving of chips that you can feel good about without the rest of the bag taunting you ;)

Great share! They also taste awesome baked in the oven. You can take a stack of WW Tortillas and slice them into 1/8ths, use your Misto with EVOO and lightly season. Very tasty and much better than bought and as you shared much healthier!:drinker:

Looking forward to trying out your stove top method as well!
