Looking to Buy a Treadmill

Hubby and I have been looking at treadmills and I'm getting overwhelmed. Right now, we are leaning towards the Sole F80 but are not sure. What would you recommend and what features are most important to you? We do not want to make a mistake with our purchase and end up wishing that we had bought something different. HELP!!!!

We are looking to use the treadmill for a mixture of walking and running. Hubby is 6'1" and I am 5'5". Weight limit of machine is not an issue for either of us.
