... if you can mix the slim fast powder with soy milk? I haven't gotten any yet but I'm pretty sure you are supposed to mix it with non fat milk. I'm just looking to add it to my diet for the nutrients... any thoughts? Thanks so much! :happy:

    When I drink it I use water and ice in the blender, kinda like a fake smoothy :) So I don't see why you couldn't
