Starvation Mode

I heard if you eat under 1200 calories, your body gets into starvation mode. Is that like a standard for everyone? How about if you eat 1200 calories a day but you work out and burn off say 300 calories? Would your body still put you in starvation mode? Thanks!

In my opinion speaking from experienced, I try to atleast eat half of them even it I cant seem to eat all on certain dayz.. But 1200 calories I couldnt do it my job is to physical to survive 1200 Ive been zig zagging from 1400-1500 and Im still loosing I mean if it working for you than but all means congratulations:drinker: :smokin: :flowerforyou:0
