Hello,
I haven't posted on here many times, but I was wondering if someone could recommend a good insert/insole for a runner. I have good running shoes that are not very old, but I must be a person who steps hard and I need a little bit more cusion especially for the balls of my feet.
Thanks-I really appreciate it! I have the Dr. Scholl's sports inserts now-but I need something with even more than that!

I use super feet and love them. They have insoles for sport shoes and for regular shoes. They are a bit more expensive but they last a long time.0
