Fitbit question.....

At the end of the day I have a 400-700 calorie adjustment from my Fitbit which I understand to be "exercise calories", is this assumption correct? So I should be eating these extra calories? Or is that considered calories to "maintain"?
I just started using mine this past Sunday, and I'm finding I'm a lot more active than I gave myself credit for, but I still can't seem to shed the weight, should I give this some more time? I'm worried I'm eating too much if I eat the fitbit adjustment calories, I've been at a 7wk stall in my weight loss, any help would be appreciated!!!
Thank you!

I've been using my fitbit for 9 days or so now...the "fitbit adjustment" is like a bonus. MFP and the fitbit guesstimate how many calories you will burn in a day, if you burn more, fitbit sends it to MFP as an adjustment.
As for eating them, oh boy, I cannot possibly eat all my activity calories--today I have like 500 extra calories. Technically, I think you are supposed to eat as many as you can--or at least to where you are netting 1200 calories a day0
