Late Night Munchies!!!

So i am about and hour from hitting the sack (Early Morning Meeting) but... i want something to eat... Mind you i have the calories to spare but its late... last time i ate was about 2-3 hours ago and i don't wanna eat and go right to sleep... I am not hungry i am just bored... It sucks... Any suggestions on how to fight the crave for food when you really not hungry?
