I just posted in the INTRODUCE YOURSELF thread and thought that I would post some before and after pics.

This was in May 2011. I am the adult in the blue shirt.

    img not IMG inside the brackets. Capitalization makes a difference.

    I tried copying your link to a different web browser just to see the picture and it re-routed me to a Snapfish login. See if you can export a direct HTML link to the picture from Snapfish and post it here. I'm not familiar with that website as I use photobucket.

    GO YOU!!! THAT IS AMAZ-BALLS!!! I needed motivation today and this by far is it....because Im about where you are and your 'after' pic is about where I wanna be!! Nice to literally SEE that its possible! :)

    Thanks everybody for your kind words. I still want to lose about 6kgs but I'm not too fussed as long as I tone up and get fitter. I only wish I had bikini photos of me when I was big but I would never have done that and if I did, I would have deleted it in an emotional fit of anger and depression! Lol! I was NOT a happy girl! I am so glad I'm helping motivate others, just keep plugging away at it, don't put a time limit on it, just ease into it and make the healthy lifestyle a way of life. Losing weight too fast is no good because you don't have enough time to make it a way of life. It's like a quick fix and you will be more likely to slip back into your old ways and stack the weight back on. It has taken me roughly 2 years to get to where I am and it has been hard. I've fallen off the wagon more than once but going strong now!! Good luck guys-keep reaching for your dreams :smile:
