Daiya vegan soy-free cheese.....
Has anyone tried it? Looking for feedback and or alternatives prior to purchasing...thanks :-)

    I use Daiya "cheese" shreds on my home-made pizzas and it takes a slightly higher temperature to melt than regular cheese but has a good texture, taste and feel to it.

    As a recent non-dairy convert (mid-life allergy? I don't know)...I'm a fan of Daiya.

    Ask the vegan groups. They use a LOT of Daiya. :bigsmile:

    They have the best recipes.
