I'm dying. I always make deserts for my family, and just because I'm on a diet, doesn't mean they have to be on one, but I don't think you realize how hard it is not to lick the spoon, HAHA. But seriously, and good tips to keep fingers out of the cookie jar?

    Yeah, sugar free jello (20 cals), graham crackers (65 cals for 1 cracker that you break into 4's), biscotti (90 cals if you eat just one), redi-whip (5 - 15 cals depending on kind you buy), here's my "substitute sundae"

    1 sugar free dark chocolate pudding
    Redi-whip
    10 nuts
    10 cheerios (I like crunch)
    sugar-free strawberry syrup
    sliced strawberries
    115 cals - yummmy

    Place redi whip in between two graham crackers and freeze it. Voila! Ice cream sandwich =) To help yourself from snacking on what you are baking, try chewing on some gum so you will be less likely to take a lick off of the spoon.
