Everyday Health Slim Down Challenge

Anybody tried this? Any opinions?
Also, I think I'm going to try this, anybody want to join me?

Because of where we live and lack of equipment I'm going to do Jillian Michaels 30ds for my cardio, I know it's not all cardio but my heartrate stays up throughout it so it should work. I will do the 30ds once on cardio days at the beginning then I will do it twice a day on the 40+min cardio days then I will attempt to do it 3 times on the 60min cardio days. I might add a few extra jumping jacks, punches, jump ropes, etc. to add extra time when needed.
