I need help understanding how to set up bodyfit HRM

hi, is anyone out knowlegalbe about setting up an HRM made by Body fit? I am frustrated at thelack of instructions to understand the terminology on the thing let alone thelack of clear instructions for oones like me who are technically challenged with this thing. If I could go to a website even to find out how to understand what I am doing would be helpful as well. So if someone can help or direct me to a website that could explain I would be more than overjoyed. I left a message with the customer Assistance reps tyhat are suppoosedly always ready to answer my questions, but funny thing is no one has called me back and it is on EST so the offices are closed. Not surprising at all at this point. Ort if someone knows if a sports store would help me set it up in Tukwila area, (I was even thinknig of calling the store I bought it from and seeing if someone could helpme) I woudl be truely greatful.
