Are there any other fans out there?

Oh man. I have a love/hate relationship with this show. I've watched it since the beginning. I'm intrigued by it and annoyed all at the same time. I want more answers! So, I end up watching each week, but sometimes I feel like we end up with more questions than answers. Couldn't make it to the very end last night, but dh told me about it. Guess the Oceanic 6 includes one that we didn't expect! So, now that the writers' strike is over are we getting more than 8 episodes this season?
  • I am sooo lost when it comes to LOST!!! Every week my husband and I say we aren't watching anymore...it's too confusing! But we know that we can't give it up! I love it. It really keeps you guessing. Did anyone notice that the bracelet on the "girlfriend" Sayid had to kill? It's the same one that Naomi was wearing when he put her body on the helicopter back on the island. What's up with that?!

I'm a new Lost fan! My husband and I rented the past 3 seasons and caught up on it while it was off the air. It sure is nice to be able to watch every episode back to back instead of wait a week (or more) to see what happens next. This is excruciating! But I love it!

Yeah before this season started, my husband and i watched season 3 back to back in about 2 weeks!! It was brilliant!!!
But then i watched the first episode of this season and screamed at the end because i had loads more questions and i had to wait a WHOLE WEEK!!! and they are over too fast!!

I can't wait to watch it tonight!!

    Lost is my favorite show.

My teenage son has a hard time watching it. His quote is "Life already has enough questions for me."
I crack up every time I think of him saying that. Dane Cook then did a routine on that exact issue.

I am used to them leaving you hanging, so it doesn't bother me anymore. J.J. Abrams has a unique ability to weave a story by going back and forth between the past, present and future. He is brilliant.

He is doing the next Star Trek Movie for you Star Trek fans!!! Should be interesting.

Just a thought about the ending from last night. My husband and I don't think that "suprise" person at the end of the show was included in the Oceanic 6 because he was not actually on that flight. I think we actually only know 4 of them so far. I think i know who was in the coffin too - I think I figured it out!

    Love that show!

Okay dogwdots - what's your coffin theory? Since it was a small coffin I'm thinking a kid or a woman. No idea though.

I LOVE Lost! And, yes, they answer 1 question only to leave us with 10 in it's place but if they answered all of our questions then the show would be over.

I agree that I don't think the last character we saw was one of the Oceanic 6. What I am wondering is are they implying that ONLY six people get off the island and if that is the case what the heck happens to everyone else? Thursday can never come quick enough.

Oh, and I read that with the strike over they are going to try and make 6 additional episodes for this season. Please, please please! Otherwise we only have FIVE left before our LONG wait begins again!

    +++POSITIVE THOUGHTS+++!!! :flowerforyou:

I didn't think it was a small coffin - my theory will be all wrong if that is the case - ok - I will have to rethink this then. I was thinking it was Sawyer as he appears to be holding Kate prisoner right now. I think he goes back to the states to be with her, but she is too mad at him.

I am probably all wrong - but - just a thought.

ok - if you really want to go nuts on Lost - got to the ABC website and ready the theory blogs. There are a lot of things there that some people have given a lot of thought too.
