In the past year I have lost 52lbs, but in the past few months I've been having a hard time holding myself accountable. I will do really good one week and the next week I eat poorly and don't exercise as much as I should. I get frustrated when I step on the scale and my weight has not changed.....really lacking motivation. Help....
