All I can do is suck it up, take some Advil, and try to just drink water...No pop or teas. Sometimes being a chick just sucks.....lol0 -
Just go with the flow (sorry for the pun). I always expected to gain between 3 and 5 pounds that week but knew that the next week it would be gone again. Problem for me would be the chocolate cravings. Need to give in a little. NOT A LOT! AND if the cramps allow, keep up the exercise or do more exercise. If not, just get through the week and start again the next week. A month of weight loss for most women is really 3 weeks, not 4 because of periods.0

Drink lots and lots --- and lots of water. Watch your sodium. Continue to exercise (trust me, it makes you feel better and helps cramps)
Also I start taking Diurex a couple days before my period starts (as recommended) and continue taking it during. It helps a lot to alleviate the extra bloat feeling. I used to bloat like no other, miserable bloat feeling, now it's not so bad at all.
Also don't even think about setting foot on the scale while it that's TOM.0 -

If you are having caffeine, it makes it worse. My daughter has tried every cramp and bloating product out there. The only thing that helps her is Naproxen(Aleve).0 -
No scale, extra water and watch my sodium intake. I feel your pain. It will pass quickly I assure you!0
