I just want to say thank you to everyone who commented on my 10 weeks in post. I have really noticed a change in my waist and all the lovely messages you wrote almost had me in tears! My 30DS DVD has just arrived and hopefully I will be posting again soon with yet more progress pics. Much love to you all for your never-ending support xox
