F'd up. Ate way too few cals

Didn't even friggin' realize it because I switched up dinner (I usually eat a protein, 2 whole wheat carb portions, etc.) and accidentally skipped a snack at work cause I was in a meeting. I only intook 776 cals yesterday and I worked off 700. I know many don't understand but I eat ~1k cals a day anyway due to a super slow metabolism, more when I've had an intense day. I'm also a diet/exercise controlled diabetic.

I feel so stupid. I should have logged better (I cheated and entered all at end of day). I'm definitely feeling like crap now. Couldn't sleep, have a headache, feel lethargic.

Oh, and my friggin' stomach hurts. Not hunger pain, real f'ing pain on my left side. I've had it b-4. It will go away once I'm back on track, but dang.

Bottom line, eat your calories, especially if the doc or a nutritionist helped you set them.

In the future if I do this again, I think I'll kick my own *kitten*.
