Hello,
This post is asking advice for my father. He is a 59 year old man and is 235 pounds (lost 25, god bless him) and working to lose weight to increase what health he has. See, he has advanced Parkinsons and can barely walk, so exercise was taken from him a while ago and he took to eating more since he was always chair-bound. (this is why he gained all the weight), but now, despite his already bad condition, he is working to care for his body as best as he can. I wanted to seek advice for him on how best for him to approach weight loss considering his condition.
Thank you all.
