To get LEAN muscle (WHILE losing weight) do I do low weight & a LOT of repetition OR high weight & little repetition? This topic is very controversial. I've read both sides of the story.. What does each do???

High weight with low reps builds strength. (3x5 for example...)
Lower weight with higher reps causes hypertrophy (bigger muscles) (3x10)
You really don't have to worry about increasing muscle size while losing weight.0 -
