This may not be much to some of you....
I looked down while sitting at my desk and realized I had crossed my legs automatically!! WOOHOO!!!![ ](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/love.png)
I haven't been able to do that in over 25 years since gaining over 80 lbs! And I did it without really thinking about it!!!
This is the motivation I needed. I had just figured out I had lost 52 lbs in 1 year but was a little discouraged because I barely went down 2 sizes.
I had noticed the workout tapes I used to do last year were suddenly alot easier. Now I know it was the difference less weight makes.

Hey, congratulations! Suddenly NOT being able to cross my legs so easily was one of the reasons I finally realized I needed to make a change in my life. I was starting to have to heft one leg over the other with my hands and pull it into place... which is so embarrassing!I'm looking forward to when I can cross them without the top foot sticking way out.... that's my next leg crossing milestone!0
