I will be on the beautiful beach in Fort Lauderdale, Florida 30 days from tomorrow (June 1st). I am kicking up my workouts into high gear! Can you keep up with me??

~~ 2-a-day workouts 3 days a week
~~ 30 Day Shred Workout everyday
~~ Weightlifting 2 times a week
~~ Turbo Kick class 2-3 days a week (60 minute HARDCORE cardio)
~~ Boot Camp class 1 day a week (60 minutes HARDCORE cardio and resistance training)

Total of 7-8 day a week cardio sessions at 40-50 minutes each!!!
