Yup! And if you have access to a kettlebell, do lots and lots of swings with good form.
But remember, cardio burns the fat, so if there's a layer of fat there it doesn't matter how toned the muscles are, you won't see them. So running and cycling will be your best friends0 -
I have been getting on the elliptical machine every night that I can. I figured it should be good for the legs.0
