Im new to this site! i don't know much! i have not lost any weight yet because this is only my first week logging and calculating everything. Before I was on a 1200 cal diet and working out 2 hours a day and losing no weight! I felt tired all the time and stressed out... Until i realized that this was too little for my body... In reality I need 1500 cal and could only burn 300 to not go below 1200. So this is a new journey for me! I know it is going to take a while for me to meet my 15lb goal but I feel good already Wish me luck!
