starting over............

After staying on track for a few months, I got away from MFP, barely checking in and not concerned with making progress, just happy to stay the course. Well.......after a week long vacation and then a car accident and almost 3 weeks of inactivity I dared to get on the scale. So, now I am starting over and with an extra pound. I'm still not moving much, but starving. This morning I ate half my calories for the day with a healthy breakfast. I'm back, just so I have to look at what I'm doing and get my weight and blood pressure under control. Glad to have a safe place to vent. Jackie
