In all my years of dieting, these things have always worked to help keep me on track:
*My digital scale. It measures grams, ounces, even pounds. No more squishing food into measuring cups!
*Sugar free Jello with light cool whip. I can eat a TON of this stuff with minimal calories. (I also count it as 'water')
*Frozen veggies. I add them to everything. They are cheap and don't spoil like fresh veggies.
*Canned light soup. Progresso and Campbells both have pretty good ones. I can eat the whole can for around 200 calories. LOVE the faux-gumbo soup.
