Is it ok to lift weights if you have fat arms or should you just wait until the fat goes down before you include the weights???

Lifting weights is always good no matter what your level of body fat is. Increased muscle will help boost your metabolism and burn more calories during the day. You probably have a fair amount of muscle and strength exercises will help you hold on to more of them while you're losing body fat weight. Go for it.
You're going to be really sore at first so just make sure and give your body time if it's still very sore (a little is fine) from the last workout before working that specific body part again with weights.0 -
It's perfectly fine I lift all the time.0
