Serious question for the experts on here

Is this physically possible? I mean without taking any steroids? This article states it was done in 6 weeks. My first thought was photoshop. But I know there are many good experts on here and wanted to ask what your thoughts/opinions are.

And I bet it can be done with working out and eating right
  • No expert here, but there are several examples of guys who did this in 6 weeks. Probably with serious lifting, and clean eating it could be done? Just wondering if anyone else noticed that in the "after" picture, the guys all are darker? lol

    Yes it is possible.

However, you have to realise that these trainees did not build any new or significant muscle in that time. All they did was aggressively strip away body fat to reveal what was already there in the first place.

Building muscle is the hard part and what takes time. If you took a significantly detrained individual or someone new to training and tries the same would the results be different? Absolutely.

Incidentally this kind of marketing "trick" is used to sell other commercial weight loss / physique building programmes which in all honesty are pretty shoddy. They take a conditioned individual and fatten them up for the "before" shots whilst maintaining their existing muscle mass. They then put them through their "amazing" routine which strips away the fat to reveal "amazing" results.

Are the results actually amazing? Errrrr, no.

What you say makes sense. Thank you for the responses. It seemed unbelievable, and the after pics, all their abs looked the same. That's why I wondered if it was photoshopped. And the sudden tan and missing chest hair is creepy, lol.
    Thanks again for the responses.

It's possible. They've lost body fat and probably had near perfect nutrition/routine for the 6 weeks.

I didnt read the article, only skimmed it.
But if you notice they were all rather lean as it was..all they had to do was burn away that small top layer of fat and then define their muscles. With strict diet and exercise regime, it can be done,
Go check out the dude from MusclePharm - http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/the-bizzy-diet.html

That is absolutely possible! I've seen many people bulk up quickly, if you train and rest properly, and eat right.

None of them gained any size... all they did was strip the fat showing whatever muscles they already had hidden underneath. Yes its possible with exercising and being on a deficit..
