Hi,
I dont know if this would be considered an NSV or not, but I am trying to get in terms with the fact that I can not consume the same food portions, that I used to consume. I feel full half way through those portions and suprise myself whne im full with a single sandwich or a bowl of salad! Wohooooo
Portion control= achieved!!!
I immidiately feel sick if I eat a tad bit more than what my stomach can take. overeating is no mroe an option..... it takes my body into a state of illness, which takes me ONE WHOLE DAY to digest and get out my system.
Just thougth id share!

I'd say so.
That's a huge part of the fat-loss battle. Knowing when to stop makes it easy to continue eating tasty stuff while not getting fat.
Thumbs up to you!0 -
GOOD FOR YOU! Amazing isn't it when our body realizes what is the "right' size portion. I still don't trust myself to eyeball it so I measure everything.0
