Hello, my name is Holly :) I am a SAHM of 4. I keep busy, but let myself down, by skipping meals, eating quick grab food, and or junk. Pretty much whatever is quick. But in doing that I have increased my weight to an awful size and I am totally ashamed. I am ready to take a stand for my health and my body and do what is right for myself.     Hi there - feel free to add me for friends/motivation. I am a 34 year old mom of two (1 and 3 year olds). I am all about clean eating and working out (of course, everything in moderation). For me, planning is the key to it all. That way I have no excuse to grab junk food when I need a quick pick me up. Good luck! :-) Maria
