My big meal at dinner?

I eat little calories for breakfast and lunch- usually my breakfast is around 160-190 calories, my lunch is 100-200 calories and then I have tons of leftover calories for dinner, I go into work at 6am so my exercise is after work and before dinner. I am doing a 1200 calorie/day diet, and so my dinner usually consists of 700-900 calories. Is this going to cause a major difference in how I lose? Should I work out after dinner?
