Any non-diabetics track sugar?

I'm just curious. I've posted about this before. I think that the general consensus is to ignore the MFP sugar recommendations, but I like to at least keep track. I am over everyday, which I don't really worry about because very little of it is "added" sugar, but I still hate seeing that red down there. How does everybody else do on sugar?

You can customize the goals so you don't see the red.

I turned it off but I do track carbs which includes sugar anyway.

True. What would a reasonable goal be?
