Hi I am 27 yo mom to 2 little boys 3 yrs and 7 mths and married to a great fit fireman.... All I wanna do is lean out and be strong my stats are

I would love to see some success stories of women that may not need to lose a lot but lose inches and l transform their bodies pictures welcomed to show transformations!

I am in the same position now, I am at my goal weight but would like to tone up, especially my arms.0

still working on it myself. i am 5'5 138 and aiming for 130. i'd like if my stomach wouldnt sag downward when i do my pushups, it's very strange looking. a little bit of toning and i'm there, when i get there i'll post a pic for everyone

Still working on toning myself. I am close to goal weight although I seem to add and lose the same 5 lbs. I am 5' 2". I have been working on toning my legs and my arms as well as arm strength. Yesterday my trainer had me do bent rows with a 30 lb dumbell.0

This pic I took yesterday and I am now 135 ish again , so around the same as in the first picture0 -
I still have a little bit I want to lose because I think that will help with the toning. I am 133ish now, and I want to be 125ish. Definitely wanting to tone what I have up some more. I am also a mom of two (3 & 6 yr old) about to be 27 next week :-)0
