Does This Count As Water for MFP?

Seltzer water (0 everything, no sugar etc)
Tea (using sweetener)
Coffee (using sweetener, no cream)
Tonic Water (diet version, no sugar etc)

Personally I wouldn't count tea or coffee even if you were going without sugar/sweetener, cream or any other additive. There's too much other stuff that tea and coffee bring to the table to still really see it as water.
As for seltzer and tonic water, I don't know enough about either to have an opinion. But roughly in the end you're hydrating yourself, though there's the argument of the caffeine in coffee and tea (black and red only) leading to that cycle of dehydrating you and causing you to drink more of it. Really it's just one big debate no one seems to have a final answer to.0 -
To be honest the best thing is to drink water, I don't believe you can count coffee and tea, but to be safe drink that water girl!0
