I exercise and I eat within my calorie ranges most days, but i SUCK at the whole water drinking thing. Just how important is it to lose weight? Is this why I seem to plateau?

I seem to be more successful at losing the weight when I'm drinking a ton of water. Not sure if that's true in general for everyone, but that's been my experience on here over the past 5 months.0

Water is essential for LIFE, never mind weightloss. You do not want to go around half dehydrated all the time.
If you hate plain water, up your water foods (especially veg like tomatoes, cucumbers, melons etc), drink more juices or liquids in general, add fruit slices to your water and let it sit for flavor... you don't have to choke down 8 glasses of plain water a day as long as you are getting the equivalent in your food or other liquids.
You can tell if you need more water. Urine is an excellent guage for hydration. Light/clear pee means you're drinking enough for your needs, dark pee means drink more.0 -
Water helps you feel full and HELPS FAT OXIDATION.0
