Hi, I'm new to the site, has anybody got any great ideas for low cal snacking or meals - my worst time is NOW when I've sat down n relaxed in front of tele - I've never counted calories before and have always gone to slimming clubs (unsuccessfully:flowerforyou: ) so I cud do with some great tips please - thanks x

There is 100 calorie popcorn which I enjoy

Every day at work, which is when I want to munch, I bring a large container with celery and carrot sticks, cucumber slices, sometimes broccoli or cauliflower. I also have a piece of fruit. I can munch on those all morning for about 100-150 calories. My diary is open if you want to look at it. Rice cakes are a good low calorie, crunchy snack. You can put a small bit of light cheese spread or cream cheese on it. The vegetables really pull me through. I miss them now if I don't bring them to work and it gets my vegetables serving count way up.0
