does anyone think its bad to eat excessive amounts of vitamin c, I didn't realize how much I was eating until I set it into my food diary on mfp!
It says I should eat 100 (grams?! dont know what it is measured in) of vitamin C but today I have eaten 646!
I know its not 'bad' because it is a vitamin however I do seem to be eating quite a bit more than im meant to!

Your goal for Vitamin C is set by percent daily value. So if you hit 100, you had enough. Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin, so you pee out what you don't need pretty quickly.
The tolerable upper intake is 20-25 times the adequate intake -- so 2000-2500% of daily value. Too much (over the upper intake) can give you diarrhea and a few other symptoms -- http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/vitamin-c/AN01801 -- however, it is astonishingly unlikely that you'd ingest enough to get over that from food sources alone. In short, don't worry about it, unless you are in the habit of chewing vitamin C supplements like candy.0
