I have had a sweet tooth as long as I have been alive! I do not eat enough fruits or veggies and I need a way to get rid of sweets and welcome in healthy food. I would LOVE any ideas that you may have. Is there a healthy way to eat veggies that doesn't taste aweful? I feel like if I ate more fruits maybe I wouldn't want cookies and brownies so badly, but I have no idea what kinds of fruit I should be eating.
